Once upon a time they were called Leg Warmers. Today they are called BabyLegs. BabyLegs are made out of 80% cotton, 15% polyester and 5% spandex and they come in a variety of colors and patterns. Standard size (shown here) is 33cm and it fits age newborn to 10 years old. One size fits most. They can be worn on legs or arms.
