We are happy to accept returns only in the event of a manufacturing flaw or defect. You will be given store credit and shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must take place within 21 days of original purchase date and must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact The Emilee Grace Company to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your defective product. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

The following products can NOT be returned:

• Personalized products cannot be returned as once they are personalized they cannot be restocked.
• Pacifiers cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic concerns.
